Reservation is subjected to room availability and in the first-come-first-served basis.

Room Type and Capacity:
• Country Villa room : 1 queen bed, 1 queen bed with sofa bed or 2 queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
• Lagoon Villa room : 1 queen bed, 1 queen bed with sofa bed or 2 queen bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
• Seafront Villa room : 1 queen bed or 1 queen bed with sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults with 1 children.
CHILD RATE : From 4 to below 12 years on the date of the booking.
Additional night includes: 1-night stay & daily meals.
30% Payment from the total of your accommodation must be made at the time of booking, and the balance nights to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Once your booking has been completed, a reference number will be issued which you should print. You should present this reference number upon check-in at the Hotel, together with proof of your identity (NRIC/Passport) at the point of check-in.
The person named in the booking must be the person that will actually be staying, failing which, Sari Pacifica Resort & Spa Redang Island – Boutique Hotel reserves its absolute rights to cancel the room or it shall request the person named in the booking to be present during the check-in.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited.
No refund or reduction accommodation, meals, snorkelling gears or any services not utilized.
The Management reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Charges or No Show (base on per person)
1. Between 22-29 days before the date of arrival (Changed 50% of the total tour fare)
2. Between 14-21 days before the date of arrival (Changed 75% of the total tour fare)
3. Below 14 days before the date of arrival (Changed 100% of the total tour fare)
