MARINE PARK CONSERVANCY FEES PAYABLE IN:-

• Mersing Jetty: Malaysian: RM10/Adult, RM5/Child; Non-Malaysian: RM30/Adult, RM15/Child
• Tanjung Gemok Jetty: Malaysian: RM5/Adult, RM2/Child; Non-Malaysian: RM30/Adult, RM15/Child

Check in/ check out time

• Check in: 2.00 pm (early check in is possible if rooms are available)
• Check out: 11.00 am or earlier if departure boat is earlier
• Any request for check out time extension will be subject to room availability and management discretion
• Any extension up to 2.00 pm will be subject to surcharge of 50% on published rate. Full rate will be charged after 2.00 pm

• All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) 90 Min at RM150/pax OR RM180/double seater
• Paya Classic Massage, 1 hr at RM128/pax

Term & Conditions:

• Package valid from 24 Feb-13 Nov 2023
• Whilst we take great care in the compilation of the package rates, the details may change. We will bring to your attention any material changes at the point of booking or if notified later, as soon as we ourselves are made aware.
• The exact tour itinerary is subject to change based on the weather condition and any other conditions that may affect the itinerary. The final decision is to be made by the tour company.
• All departure/arrival times are local – please refer to your transport vouchers.
• STRICTLY non-refundable or non-transferable for any unused portion of the package.
• Any cancellation/no-show, after the full pre-payment/full payment is made will not be entertained/refunded.
• Resort reserves the right to alter, amend, delete, or add to the conditions or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
• Reservation is subject to Room availability and is based on a first come first serve basis.
• Full payment must be made strictly before arrival / Check-in.
• No amendment or cancellation after payment is received.
• Sailing schedules may be interrupted and/or crossing times extended or changed without notice to you due to adverse weather conditions, tidal conditions, or unforeseen operational or technical reasons beyond our control.
• The responsibility for the schedule and/or the viability of each ferry sailing lies exclusively with the ferry transport company and the Maritime Authority of Malaysia.
• If the Ferry Company cancels or reschedules any sailing for any reason whatsoever, it is beyond any reasonable ability on our part as a ticketing agent.
