Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah 3D2N Beach Island Escapes Package(2022)

• Important Disclaimer: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, riots, strikes, etc. and resorts cannot operate as published, if an alternative is provided and declined, there will be no compensation. Likewise, if the in-house guests cannot leave the resort due to bad weather, the resort will only provide the accommodation and the meals, but there will be no other compensation.
• No outside food is allowed and a “corkage” fee will be imposed for beer & liquor. The corkage charges will be RM 5; per can (bottled beer not applicable) and RM 50 per crate whilst RM 60 per bottle liquor is applicable for the service and glassware provided.

Merang Waterfront Jetty – Redang Island

1. Reservation is subjected to room availability and on the first-come-first-served basis.
2. Check-in : 1.00 pm | Check-out : 10.30 am
3. CHILD RATE : From 4-12 years on the date of the booking.
4. Any amendment of arrival dates / number of room(s) of your booking MUST be done 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
5. If amendment made within 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, Resort reserves the rights to amend your room rates according
   to prevailing room rates and additional charges may apply.
6. Once your booking has been completed, a reference number will be issued which you should print. You should present this reference number upon check-in at the Hotel, together with proof of your identity (NRIC/Passport) at the point of check-in.
7. The person named in the booking must be the person that will actually be staying, failing which, Sari Pacifica Beach Resort & Spa Lang Tengah reserves its absolute rights to cancel the room or it shall request the person named in the booking to be present during the check-in.
8. In the event of cancellation, the deposit or prepayment will be automatically forfeited.
9. No refund or reduction accommodation, meals, snorkelling gears or any services not utilized.
10.  Upon check-in, you will be required to provide your credit card for verification/ or pay a deposit for your stay. At the time of check-out
    at Sari Pacifica Beach Resort & Spa Lang Tengah your deposit will be returned to you (minus (if any) any amount deducted for the above damage and/loss of Sari Pacifica Beach Resort & Spa Lang Tengah property).
11. The Management reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the package at any time without prior notice.
12. Any cancellation of your booking MUST be done 72 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of your 1st night rates will be charged.
13. Any changes regarding the date, room category, duration of stay of your booking will require you to cancel your initial booking and re-book your stay with the Resort.
